Services for Realtors
You want to close deals for your clients. We help you make that happen.
At One Sharpe Lawyer, we believe lawyers should help solve problems, not create them. We make it our priority to communicate proactively with all parties involved to solve problems so you can close on time.
How We Help You Close Deals
-
Contract Review
Standard form residential sales contracts include a lot of legalese that may not be clear to you or your clients. We include a complimentary 30-minute advising session for each of our closing clients to answer questions about their purchase contract to give them the confidence and information they need to close.
-
Mobile-Friendly
You operate your entire business from your car and your smartphone. At OSL, we make it a priority to share and execute documents digitally, and we make them available in real time on cloud-based platforms you can access on the go. No more time-wasting trips to the attorney’s office to drop off paper copies that could be an email.
-
Transparency
When your client can’t get their lawyer to tell them what’s going on with the closing process, they probably call you, taking time away from following up on leads for the next client and the next closing. OSL makes client communication and transparency its highest priority, and your clients will always know what’s happening with their transaction. And that means you spend less time fielding questions that you can’t answer.
What To Expect
The law is complicated, but working with an attorney should be simple. At One Sharpe Lawyer, we offer custom solutions based on the facts of the case and your specific needs. To do that, we accept a limited number of representations at a time to ensure we give our clients the attention and energy that they deserve.
If you’re interested in becoming an OSL client, please follow these step-by-step instructions for the client intake process.
Step 1
Please make an appointment using the links above and provide us with as much information as possible about: you and your business; any other parties involved; the type of transaction (e.g., first-time home buyer, experienced buyer, seller, investment property, etc.); and anything else you think we should know about you or your matter.
Step 2
OSL will take the information you give us and check our database to confirm that we do not have a conflict of interest. Regardless of whether we can take your matter, we will contact you in writing to confirm your consultation appointment.
Step 3
Once we confirm your consultation appointment, gather all of the documents, videos, pictures, and any other items or information that relate to your matter and bring them with you to show the attorney during the meeting. Having this information up front helps us provide the best analysis possible.
