Martha Sharpe Bradley handles business and real estate transactions across western North Carolina. With a decade of experience in civil litigation, Martha utilizes her extensive knowledge of liability and risk management to protect her transactional clients’ interests. Martha works collaboratively with clients in the construction, real estate, retail, and professional services industries to develop strategies customized to meet their long-term goals.

FOUNDER

  • Martha has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2020, 2021 & 2022) and by N.C. Lawyers Weekly (2019). 

    Deeply involved in giving back to her community and the profession, she is a recipient of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Robinson O. Everett Professionalism Award (2018) and The Biltmore Beacon’s Asheville Forty Under Forty (2019) and currently holds the offices of Secretary on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys ("NCAWA”) and Treasurer of the NCAWA Judicial Endorsement Committee. 

    Martha has served as President of the Rotary Club of Waynesville Sunrise (2017 – 2019), a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors (2018 – 2021), and the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the North Carolina Bar Association (2017 – 2021). She has also held seats on the Board of Directors for several local non-profits, including Haywood Habitat for Humanity, Haywood County Chamber of Commerce, and Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont.

    Martha received her juris doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in Raleigh, North Carolina.  An avid and lifelong Tar Heel, Martha received a double major in History and Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She spends her spare time at breweries and hiking mountain trails with her husband and rescued German Shepherds, Sam and Chewie.
