How We Help You Build Your Business
-
Collaboration
We believe in working with you to define your goals, your budget, and your timeline for legal services. At OSL, your plans and ideas are an essential element of determining what legal strategies serve you best.
-
Predictability
We believe that you should have a clear understanding of the work OSL will do for you, how much it will cost, and when you can expect deliverables. Earning and keeping your trust is our highest priority.
-
Communication
We believe in being transparent about the details of your legal strategy and why our recommendation is the best choice for your business. By doing so, we ensure that OSL provides the appropriate legal services to fit your needs.
What To Expect
The law is complicated, but working with an attorney should be simple. At One Sharpe Lawyer, we offer custom solutions based on the facts of the case and your specific needs. To do that, we accept a limited number of representations at a time to ensure we give our clients the attention and energy that they deserve.
If you’re interested in becoming an OSL client, please follow these step-by-step instructions for the client intake process.
Step 1
Please make an appointment for a consultation with an attorney and provide us with as much information as possible about: you and your business; any other parties involved; the type of transaction (e.g., LLC/corporate formation, buy/sell a business, etc.); and anything else you think we should know about you or your matter.
Step 2
One Sharpe Lawyer will take the information you give us and check our database to confirm that we do not have a conflict of interest. Regardless of whether we can take your matter, we will contact you in writing to confirm your consultation appointment.
Step 3
Once we confirm your consultation appointment, gather all of the documents, videos, pictures, and any other items or information that relate to your matter and bring them with you to show the attorney during the meeting. Having this information up front helps us provide the best analysis possible.
