Select Litigation
Strategic, solutions-oriented dispute resolution to help you move on with your life.
At One Sharpe Lawyer, we believe that litigation should be about resolving legal disputes so that you can move on with your life. Our team provides you with the advocacy and information you need to decide how and when to resolve your case.
How We Help You Move Forward
-
Strategy
We believe in developing a strategy to achieve the best possible outcome in your case. Then the OSL team goes to work to build a case and to advocate for that outcome on your behalf.
-
Settlement
We believe that engaging in settlement negotiations is a crucial step in litigating every case. Regardless of whether you actually settle, discussing a potential compromise with the opposing party always results in better insight into their strategy.
-
Trial
We believe in preparing all of our cases as though they will end up in front of a jury. At OSL, we will analyze the evidence from the perspective of the potential jurors and help you make informed decisions about the best way to present your case.
What To Expect
The law is complicated, but working with an attorney should be simple. At One Sharpe Lawyer, we offer custom solutions based on the facts of the case and your specific needs. To do that, we accept a limited number of representations at a time to ensure we give our clients the attention and energy that they deserve.
If you’re interested in becoming an OSL client, please follow these step-by-step instructions for the client intake process.
Step 1
Please make an appointment for a consultation with an attorney and provide us with as much information as possible about: you; the opposing parties; the type of dispute (e.g., real estate, business, etc.); and anything else you think we should know about you or your case.
Step 2
OSL will take the information you give us and check our database to confirm that we do not have a conflict of interest. Regardless of whether we can take your case, we will contact you in writing to confirm your consultation appointment.
Step 3
Once we confirm your consultation appointment, gather all of the documents, videos, pictures, and any other items or information that relate to your case and bring them with you to show the attorney during the meeting. Having this information up front helps us provide the best analysis possible.
